In our therapy center we offer Hatha Yoga and TRX Yoga in our comfortable classroom. Our yoga teacher Michelle is very well trained in the therapeutic sense as well as in the field of yoga through her studies in sports, rehabilitation, prevention and health management and as a 200h AYA certified yoga teacher to respond individually to your needs.
We provide you with yoga mats, yoga blocks and yoga cushions for the classes.
