We meet approx. 5 minutes before the start at the Calisthenics Park in Fürth. (Access via Badstraße 40)
Time:
Our workout takes place every Saturday from 09:30 - 10:30. (First workout in 2025 on 11.01.25)
Weather:
Our workouts take place in all weathers. Please dress appropriately.
Fitness level:
We don't care about your fitness level - everyone is welcome
Equipment:
We bring all the necessary training equipment with us. As we also do exercises on the floor, you are welcome to bring your own training mat.
