Our yoga school:
A place where you can recharge and relax, move soothingly and breathe easy.
In our large, quiet room we hold daily yoga classes. Yoga for everyone, yoga for the back, yoga to regulate the nervous system during extraordinary stress and yoga for beginners who are coming into contact with yoga for the first time.
In addition, we host themed evenings on meditation, yoga and dancing, the deep relaxation Yoga Nidra and multi-day workshops such as the detox week "Yoga and Basesn Fasting".
We have been teaching full-time for almost 17 years and continue to train.
Our approach to yoga tends to be gentle, sensitive, and takes into account each person's unique abilities. Therefore, our groups are limited to a maximum of 12 people, so that we can accompany everyone optimally.
