I teach in German and the class starts at 20:00.

My Pilates (meets Yoga) classes are challenging but still fun. You know afterwards what you have done. There are always lots of strengthening elements and in between and especially towards the end of the class, we calm down and work a little on our flexibility and on coming to rest and being aware of our bodies.

Pilates is a full-body workout. It promotes coordination, stability, strength and flexibility, as well as the connection between body and mind. One-sided and stressful strains in everyday life can lead to tension, shortening and restrictions. Pilates gives you back alignment, length and uprightness. The principle of centring, which is fundamental to Pilates, will stabilize and strengthen your core muscles. You will feel more stable and 'upright'.
