I offer outdoor yoga in the Eschholzpark Freiburg in Stühlinger once a week from May to September, weather permitting. I teach Vinyasa Yoga, which is a dynamic form of yoga that is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. I work with various themes, such as shoulder opening, hip opening and center strength. However, the classes also focus on opening the heart, your breath energy, good self-care and your deep inner strength.
Maitri stands for the opening of the heart and I invite you to practice yoga outdoors on Saturdays in a beautiful setting and in connection with everyone. Please bring your own yoga mat.
