Description
We train in a pelvic floor-friendly way and adapted to mom's body, but also to mom's everyday life. You can bring your kids along at any time, we train at one of the playgrounds, at the skate park, on the large meadow, at the outdoor sports tower or or or or. It won't be boring for the kids and we can always keep an eye on them.
Or you can come without the kids, whichever suits you best.
At Sportinsel, we train outdoors all year round (except in heavy rain or thunderstorms), and usually at an advanced level. You'll get fit quickly, we look forward to seeing you!
