WELCOME TO FLENSBURG'S ONLY SUPPORT STUDIO!
Ready for a new training experience?
On more than 500m² you will find three training areas. Our class room offers various classes such as back fit, functional training or abdominal-leg butt. In the lounge area you will find an equipment park for conventional strength training, a cardio area and various vibration plates. We use this equipment for our small group and circuit training. The third area is the AREA, where functional strength and endurance training, WODs and also Olympic weightlifting are part of the course program. In addition, we are an official HYROX gym and offer intensive HYROX workouts.
Our approach is to provide the trainee with the opportunity to train effectively and time-efficiently on a high and individual level through intensive support. Our diverse range of courses ensures that we can deliver the perfect course program for every concern.
