Description

You can expect a personal trainer who responds individually to your wishes, needs and goals to make the training optimal for you. With a system suitable for you, we support you in achieving your fitness goals as easily as possible. Don't worry, we will make sure that your training is always fun and enjoyable so that you stay on the ball.

You will be surprised what your body is capable of! To be able to move freely and carefree, we use natural movements in our training. We lift weights from the floor, carry them, squat with them, jump, run and do much more. The balance between strength, endurance and flexibility is always in our focus, with the quality of movement always coming first. The result is healthy joints and a high-performance body. Always remember, no matter what your goal ... consistency is king!

IMPORTANT: please send us a short email to kontakt@L1FE.training if you want to train with us. We will then enter you into our system so that you can book your training slots and courses via our app in the future. With the welcome email you will also receive all the necessary information about training with us.
