We also offer modern, flowing Vinyasa Power Yoga with a focus on your fitness and energetic alignment. What also makes us special is the high degree of flexibility, because with your card or membership you can flexibly choose from the entire range of courses offered each week. There is something for everyone in the family - from children to mother baby to pregnant women yoga. Regular workshops in the area of fascia yoga round out our program.
