Are you looking for a workout that will help you strengthen your core, improve your posture and reduce stress? Then Pilates is just right for you!

Pilates is a gentle, total body workout that is easy on the joints. Through conscious Pilates breathing, the deep muscles in the torso (abdominal and back muscles, as well as the pelvic floor) are primarily activated in order to be able to execute each individual movement in a controlled and clean manner through the center of the body. Concentration and body awareness form the basis for flowing, calm movements in order to optimally strengthen the deep muscles of the entire body. In this way, you not only ensure an optimal, even build-up of strength, but also improve your posture, reduce stress and feel more flexible and lighter.
