Welcome to the Aila Yoga studio. The studio is located in the heart of Ibbenbüren, directly behind the tax office.
At Aila Yoga you can be completely yourself:
Adapt the asana to your body and not your body to the asana!
This is the only way to experience the wonderful things that yoga can do for you with great joy and without any pressure to optimize yourself.
The yoga classes take place in small groups with a maximum of 12 participants. You can easily register via the free booking app or via our homepage. We will help you with the first steps towards your booking: don't hesitate to contact us!
