Description

Yoga strengthens our body and our connective tissue so that we can become more flexible, pain-free and healthier. Yoga strengthens us physically and mentally so that we can face everyday challenges with more ease, serenity and joy.
By focusing on your own breathing rhythm, the individual exercises are harmoniously linked together. Dynamic movements get the heart and circulatory system going and build up strength, stretching exercises improve mobility and flexibility, meditative exercises round off the practice. Stress and mental tension can be reduced in this way.

My offer:
Morning yoga, based on Hatha, (Slow Flow) Vinyasa and Medical Yoga (with elements from Spiral Dynamics), as well as Fascia and Yin Yoga on Wednesdays in 30-minute sessions.
About me:

Current Information

Hello all!
From 19.06. - 09.07.2023 I am on vacation, there is no morning yoga in this period. From 10.07.2023 it will take place again, as usual, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6.30 - 7.00.
