What exactly is rehabilitation sport?

Rehasport can be prescribed by any treating physician on a budget-neutral basis, so health insurance companies cover 100% of the costs for participants.
Rehab sport is suitable for all those who suffer from physical complaints.
These can be, for example, back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip pain or joint pain.
Rehasport can also be considered after a slipped disc.

Rehab sports are 50 gymnastics lessons under professional supervision. The exercise session lasts 45 minutes and includes gymnastic exercises with small equipment, such as a fascia roller, a gymnastic ball or Pilates balls.
