Description
Yoga for beginners is a gentle and accessible introduction to the practice of yoga. The classes include simple asanas (postures), breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. They promote flexibility, better posture and general well-being, while reducing stress and tension. Suitable for all, regardless of age or fitness level.
