We offer EMS personal and EMS couple training as well as EMS metabolic training at our Dresden studio.
In personal training, we can work individually on your goal without having to resort to a set plan.
The whole thing is checked for success with regular check-ups.
We also have a special EMS therapy mat for your back, which offers individual training after measuring your back so that your back can recover.
And finally, we have our mobility circuit, which helps you to maintain your flexibility. I'm reminded of the topic of tying your shoes and being able to fasten your bra at the back yourself
