Salt cave (normal inhalation 1%)
In the salt cave, you inhale a 1% salt solution. By nebulizing the entire room, you inhale automatically while you are in the room.
Procedure:
You take a seat in street clothes on one of our padded relaxation loungers,
In dimmed light, you breathe in the natural salt air enriched with brine for 45 minutes and relax to the soothing sounds and the rippling of the natural salt waterfall.
Sessions always start on the hour. Please arrive 5 minutes early.
A visit is recommended for:
Frequent colds, bronchitis, asthma, COPD, pollen and house dust allergies.
The salt cave is also a relaxation room and is recommended for
Burn-out, fatigue, stress, depression.
You enter the grotto in street clothes.
The temperature in the grotto is between 18 - 22 °C, so we recommend slightly warmer clothing.
The salt grotto is a relaxation room, children under 15 are not admitted to the regular sessions. (Exception: children's session at 16:00)

Salt cave children's session
Playing and inhaling is the motto of the children's session. By nebulizing the whole room, the children inhale automatically as they are in the room. (Inhalation strength 1%).
Children's hour is every day at 16:00 from Monday to Sunday inclusive. The salt grotto has been redesigned for the family. A slide and lots of toys are available for the children.
Only families have access to the children's hour, from 16:00 to 16:45 the children can run around and play as loud as they want.
Children need a second pair of socks/stopper socks.
Brine nebulization (intensive inhalation 3%)
Multi-family room 20m2
For the treatment of severe colds and bronchitis.
In brine nebulization, a 3% salt solution is inhaled. By nebulizing the entire room, you automatically inhale while you are in the room.
The brine nebulization can be booked/reserved in 20-minute intervals during opening hours. Tackt, can be booked/reserved. Families with babies/children have access here all day. Of course there are toys for the little ones.
Procedure:
You take a seat on a bench in street clothes and the children can play in the salt, breathing in natural salt air enriched with 3% natural brine over a period of 20 minutes in dimmed light.

Room for one family/ individual booking 7.5m2
In the small brine nebulization room, there is only individual booking, here the family is alone in the room.
MASSAGE
A massage is suitable for people who sometimes complain of pain in their back, shoulders or neck.
Lying on a warm and flexible natural rubber mat, you are massaged by two jets of pressurized water. These are generated by jets that move under the mat.
We adjust the massage individually for each visitor, so you can choose between an upper body or full body massage. Different types of massage are also available, such as sport or relaxation.
