In the summer season, from mid-May to mid-September, the heated outdoor pool (water temperature of at least 23 degrees) is a popular destination for young and old. It has a 25 x 12.50 meter swimming pool (depth: 1.35 meters) and a 12.50 x 3.50 meter toddler pool.
The Bendestorf outdoor pool is the only one in the area to offer a Kneipp pool. Play equipment for children, a kiosk, a sun terrace with Canary Islands sun loungers and parasols, a table tennis table and a spacious sunbathing lawn complete the facilities. There is also a volleyball court for sports enthusiasts.
