You can make your own personal choice from our mix of meditation, different yoga styles, workshops and seminars. In addition to practicing on the yoga mat or meditation cushion, you have the opportunity to learn about the background of yoga, meditation and relaxation methods in seminars or workshops. This way you can easily deepen the relaxing, stress-relieving and strengthening effect of your practice.

Current Information
Participation after prior registration. The Switch-2-Relax offers space for 8 to 10 participating people, depending on the type of course, workshop or seminar. Therefore, please always contact us in advance to see if space is available. We believe that it is much better to relax and learn in smaller groups.
Participation in workshops and seminars, which differ in price from the standard courses from the price list, only with check-in is not included.
We grant a discount of Euro 15.00 for seminars and workshops that are priced higher than the standard courses if you check-in at Hansefit on the days of the seminar or workshop.
Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, meditation mats and pillows are available and may be used free of charge.
