The exclusive fitness studio of the extra class in Braunschweig. A spacious equipment park with two fully electronic milon premium circuits, a digital five circuit, a Hammer Strength Box unique in Lower Saxony, Sensopro, Powerplates, Prama system, the SYNRGY 360 training system and a modern cardio park is spread over a total area of over 6,300 m². Our wellness and spa area has a 25 meter swimming pool with 5 lanes as well as 5 different saunas including a separate ladies sauna, solariums, water massage beds and much more. Furthermore, qualified fitness coaches are at your disposal and offer a very varied course program with over 500 courses per month. The entire area of HYGIA is of course air-conditioned.
