Description
EMS stands for electrical muscle stimulation.
During fitbox EMS training, you do a variety of dynamic and functional fitness exercises. You wear a full-body suit with 24 electrodes from Symbiont. This suit guarantees you maximum, wireless freedom of movement.
Bioelectric impulses flow through the electrodes, stimulating all the muscle groups in your body at the same time.
This makes EMS exercises much more intensive and therefore naturally more effective than normal fitness training.
The EMS principle has been used for decades in rehabilitation and sports medicine, by competitive athletes and physiotherapists.
A maximum of 2 people train at the same time under the guidance of a qualified EMS personal trainer.
The training lasts 20 minutes.
