swimming and splashing around in the Bad am Wald.
Thanks to its idyllic location on the outskirts of the town, Pößnecker Bad am Wald is a gem in Thuringia's pool landscape. The outdoor pool is a popular meeting place for young and old, especially during the vacations.
The 3 pools (swimmers', non-swimmers' and paddling pools) and the water playground invite you to enjoy unadulterated bathing fun, but there is also plenty of space for sporty distance swimmers in the swimmers' pool with its 25m lanes and the sunbathing lawn is not too crowded.
The Bad am Wald is very popular as an all-day excursion destination in summer. During the outdoor pool season, many visitors, especially children, spend the whole day at Bad am Wald to enjoy the beautiful facilities.
Our bathers also have access to the great beach volleyball and tennis facilities.
