There are numerous Olympic squat racks and a variety of plate-loaded and pin-loaded equipment to choose from. There are also numerous weights for your free weight training in the spacious free weight area.
We offer you the latest generation of functional training. In the freestyle area, you will not only find different courses every day, but also effective equipment such as sandbags, kettlebells and other equipment, as well as modern functional towers. Work several muscle groups and joints at the same time and improve both strength and endurance as well as coordination and mobility!
