Description
In this equipment-based, functional workout, you can really work out, improve your endurance and build muscle at the same time. The aim is to strengthen your entire body and make you more efficient for the challenges of everyday life.
After the warm-up, you move on to the varied stations. Here you train in small groups with effective sports equipment such as sandbags, battleropes, kettlebells, training bands, sling trainers, endless rope trainers and much more. A special highlight is the BlazePod® light reflex system: an interactive training tool that improves your reaction and action speed in a fun way. The illuminated sensors challenge you and are guaranteed to keep you motivated and having fun!
A relaxing cool-down rounds off the training session.
The course is suitable for all fitness levels: The equipment is adapted to your personal fitness level so that beginners can get off to a safe start while advanced users are still challenged.
