Schnell.Strom.Fitness. is a personal training studio with its own outdoor area. After we know what your goal is, we tackle it together. An in-depth analysis of your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle will tell us about your current health so we can design a personal training and nutrition program that works. With a personal trainer by your side, we'll make sure you're on the healthiest path possible to reach your goals for the long haul.
