Description
In the center of the beautiful Lampertheim you will find our studio. Directly above the Woolworth. There are plenty of parking spaces available. Either around the studio or in our large underground garage directly under the building. On the second floor you will find everything your fitness heart desires: Large cardio area, modern Life Fitness equipment, power plates and a very spacious free weight area with dumbbells up to 50 kg, functional training area. Directly next to this is the beverage counter, which supplies you with liquid at any time. And of course, a clever fit Lampertheim should not be without: solarium and massarium as well as the most extensive course program in the area, which will of course be further expanded. In addition, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Welcome, we are looking forward to your visit! :-)
Current Information
Please bring clean training shoes and clothing, as well as a towel to lie under during the training. In addition, a water bottle is important, so that you can supply yourself with mineral-containing fitness drinks at our beverage counter. :-)
