Home of Yoga Westerstede is located right in the heart of the thriving county seat, overlooking the market square and St. Petri Church. Home of Yoga is characterized by individual instruction in small groups and the cozy atmosphere in our studios. The personal care of each participant is our priority. Yoga is an inner attitude that demands and promotes mindfulness and awareness.
Current Information
At the Home of Yoga Westerstede we offer different styles of yoga: From relaxed, restorative Yin Yoga to classical Hatha Yoga, to dynamic Vinyasa Yoga. If you are unsure which style suits your needs, feel free to contact me before your first visit by email at ricarda@homeofyoga.de.
