STRENGTH TRAINING
Strength training is used to build and/or tone muscles.
Muscle building:
Muscle building means the enlargement of the musculature. It does not grow during the training time itself, as is often assumed, but during the regeneration phase. For muscle building it is not only the training time that counts, the training intensity is crucial. The best results can be achieved by doing as much as possible in as short a time as possible.
Important: Do not overtrain! Especially in the beginning, an athlete should not train too much and always plan sufficient breaks.
Muscle toning:
Regular training at the right intensity is the key to firm and lean muscles. To achieve this, the focus should be on more repetitions and lower weight for this.
ENDURANCE TRAINING
With the right endurance training, not only can fat be lost and body weight reduced, but the following positive effects are also achieved:
